Karen Marlo

Karen has over 20 years of experience providing consulting to various sectors of the health care marketplace, including state Medicaid programs, pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, hospitals and health systems and large employers. Extensive experience with strategic planning, research design, data analysis and client relationship management.

What has driven Karen all these years is a desire to improve health care in the United States and the overall health of Americans. Karen leads the commercial business and overall business strategy for Resigility. Outside of work, Karen is often busy gardening, traveling and attending the many sporting events of her two sons.

Patty Obermaier

Building upon her successful corporate and entrepreneurial track record, Patty created Resigility to impact global health through innovative IT and consulting services and to foster improved resiliency and agility in the communities it serves.  Known for her critical thinking skills, Patty leverages her knowledge to impact future generations through her volunteering and mentorship of leaders impacting social change.  Patty is Vice President, US Health and Life Sciences at Microsoft but outside of work you can find Patty supporting her family’s mission of promoting youth bicycling and running charity races.

Matt has over 12 years of experience implementing innovative solutions at the intersection of health care, IT, and government.  Responsible for the successful delivery of our client engagements, Matt’s passion is driving excellence within organizations to achieve outstanding performance.   When not overseeing Resigility’s staff, Matt loves to play tennis, bike and spending time with his family.

Jason Guthrie

Jason has over 10 years of experience in health care and government consulting.   Responsible for leading and growing our information management practice, Jason leverages his consulting and data experience to collaborate with clients on novel ways to navigate the health information maze and create innovative solutions.   When not at work, you can find Jason beating Matt on the tennis court and outrunning Patty on the roads, along with keeping up with his sons.

Jeff Anderson

Jeff has over 25 years experience in technology and advocacy consulting.    Being a nationally recognized and award winning bicycling advocate, he leads our non-profit practice and oversees our IT and marketing operations.  His career includes working for large corporations and technology start-ups.   He brings his knowledge of product marketing, technology development and a passion for solving complex problems to the team.   He enjoys building a love of cycling in children through leading bike trains for elementary schools, traveling and a family that keeps him on his toes.

Dannielle Sherrets

Dannielle has 15 years of experience working with national, non-profit organizations to improve healthcare and public health for all Americans. Prior to joining Resigility, Dannielle worked with large employers on their healthcare benefit design strategy and with digital health startups on their value proposition for the large employer market. She has extensive experience in strategic planning, program design and translating research into actionable strategies for both large and small organizations. In her free time, you can find Dannielle at the pilates studio, playing with her dog or coaching the Northern Virginia Special Olympics cheer and gymnastics teams.

Brendan Burdette

Brendan is an experienced consultant in strategy, operations, and marketing for a range of organizations, from early-stage startups to mid-size and Fortune 50 international corporations. Before earning his MBA, Brendan spent five years at the US Department of State, working primarily on East Asia and Africa policy, including stints at the US Embassy in South Korea and as an advisor on Congressional issues. In his free time, he is a licensed real estate salesperson in Georgia, a developing golfer and squash player, and his enthusiasm for cooking led him to become the champion of the 2015 Wharton Chili Cookoff.
